  1. WeCare is a startup company providing medical and non-medical services in Kerala, including personal care, daily care, health care, financial care, emergency care, leisure care, medical care, specialized medical care, relocation care, miscellaneous care, and end-of-life care services.
  2. WeCare operates in Alappuzha, Kerala, and employs care managers, care nurses, and care aides to provide these services.
  3. WeCare has partnered with various suppliers to fulfil the required services. However, WeCare will not be held liable for any services provided directly by these suppliers.

Terms of Use of Service:

  1. By using the WeCare website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  2. You must be at least 18 years old to access and use the services provided by WeCare.
  3. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

  2. The services provided directly by these suppliers are not the responsibility of WeCare.

  1. WeCare shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government regulations.

Limitations and Liability:
